We use DHL for reliable, tracked delivery worldwide (with local carriers for final delivery where needed).

Tracking Your Order

Returns & Refunds
At Frankitas, we want you to love your handbag completely and we've made returns easy and hassle-free.
If your handbag arrives damaged, defective, isn't what you ordered or for any reason you're not satisfied, please contact us immediately using the form at the bottom of this page.
We'll make it right with a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you in accordance with our Return Terms & Conditions.
Your 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 full days from the moment your handbag arrives to decide if it's perfect for you.
No questions asked - simply contact us using the form at the bottom of this page with your order number to get started.
Once you've contacted us, we'll send you a return label to print or a DHL QR code for drop-off, and you'll have another 14 days to send your item back to us completely free.

How to Return Your Handbag
Returning your handbag is simple and completely free.
Just follow these three easy steps.
STEP 1: CONTACT US
Fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return (optional but helpful - this helps us improve and offer better solutions)
We will then send you a return label to print at home.
STEP 2: PACK YOUR ITEM
1. Print the DHL return label we sent you
2. Pack your handbag in its dust bag and original box (we recommend this to keep it safe)
3. Place everything in the polymailer bag we provided (found at the bottom of your original box) - or use any protective packaging if you no longer have the original
4. Slip the DHL return label into the clear sleeve on the outside
STEP 3: SEND IT BACK TO US (YOU HAVE DIFFERENT OPTIONS)
We have made it easy with two convenient options:
Option 1: Schedule a Pickup
- Go to MyDHL+ online (where available)
- Select "Schedule a Pickup"
- Choose "I have a DHL Waybill number"
- Enter the tracking number from your return label
- Pick your preferred pickup time
- DHL will collect from your address
Option 2: Drop Off at DHL ServicePoint
- Find your nearest DHL ServicePoint online
- Take your packaged item with the label attached
- Hand it to the staff - they will scan it and give you a receipt

YOUR REFUND
We will process your full refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item (or proof that you've sent it back). Refunds go back to your original payment method.

If you'd like to exchange for a different fabric or style, contact us using the form at the bottom of this page before returning anything.
We're happy to help coordinate your exchange and can often reserve your preferred item while we process your return, making the whole experience smoother for you.

VARIATIONS
What makes Frankitas special is that each handbag is completely unique.
From the handwoven textiles to the handcrafted construction, minor variations in weave patterns, stitching, fabric texture, or hardware placement give your bag its own distinctive character. These individual touches may mean your handbag varies slightly from displayed items, and what might initially appear as imperfections are actually signs of authentic craftsmanship - and that's exactly what makes it yours.
These variations are part of the artisanal process, not defects.
ITEM CONDITION
Handbags should be returned unworn and unused. Returning in the original packaging (dust bag and box) is recommended but not mandatory. If the item shows signs of use beyond what's necessary to check its nature, characteristics, or functionality (i.e. more than a normal "store-like" inspection) we may apply a small, fair deduction proportional to the diminished value.
EXCEPTIONS
Our 14-day return policy applies to most items, except for gift cards, store credit, or custom-made or personalized handbags (including monogrammed items).
YOUR PROTECTIONS
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws, including implied warranties for defective products. EU customers also benefit from our 2-year legal guarantee for product conformity under EU law. US customers receive protection in all 50 states, with state-specific laws applying where more generous.
